What if I don't love it?
We'll re-do it until you do. If it's still not right, you don't pay. The keepsake has to feel like more than the photo on your phone — or we haven't done our job.
Is my photo safe?
Your photo is only ever used to make your artwork. It's handled securely, never sold or shared, and deleted on request — GDPR-respecting throughout.
