We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, the United States and Australia. Available countries appear at checkout. More are coming — write to us if yours isn't there yet.

These estimates cover the whole journey — your piece being made, and then delivered. There's nothing to add on top.

Working days means Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted, so an order placed on a Friday evening starts its clock on Monday.

Framed pieces sit at the slower end of each range and unframed posters at the faster end. You'll always see a specific estimate for your address at checkout, and a dispatch email with tracking when your parcel leaves the workshop.

Digital downloads have no shipping — they arrive by email within 24 hours of your order.

How your piece is made

Every piece is made to order. Your print doesn't exist until you order it, which is why the first few days of that estimate are production rather than transit.

We print close to you. UK orders are produced in the UK, European orders within the EU, American orders in the United States and Australian orders in Australia. Nothing crosses an ocean to reach you.

Costs and taxes

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

• United Kingdom and Europe: all prices include VAT at your country's rate. What you see at checkout is the full amount.
• Australia: prices include any GST that applies. What you see is the final price.
• United States: prices are shown before sales tax. Any tax due in your state is calculated and added at checkout.

Customs and import fees

Every order is produced in or close to the country it's going to, so nothing crosses a customs border on its way to you. No customs duties or import fees apply to any of the countries we currently ship to.

Packaging

Prints and framed pieces travel in sturdy, print-safe packaging designed for exactly this journey — flat or tube boxes depending on size. Framed pieces are glazed with shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass, so they arrive intact.

If something goes wrong in transit

• Arrived damaged? Email hello@facadeclub.com within 30 days with a photo of the piece and the packaging — we'll re-print and re-send it free, or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
• Tracking stuck or parcel lost? Contact us and we'll chase the carrier. If it's lost, we re-send or refund.
• Wrong address? Write to us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it. If a parcel is returned to the printer as undeliverable because the address given was incorrect, we'll arrange a re-send (a re-delivery fee may apply).

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Until then, the journey is our problem, not yours.
