Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. Available countries appear at checkout. (More coming — write to us if yours isn't there yet.)
How long it takes
Every piece is made to order — your print doesn't exist until you order it — and printed close to you: we produce in the UK for UK orders and in the EU for EU orders, rather than shipping across oceans.
- Production: typically [2–5] working days from order.
- Delivery: typically [2–7] working days after dispatch, depending on the country.
- All in: most orders arrive within one to two weeks. You'll see an estimate for your address at checkout, and a dispatch email with tracking when it ships.
Digital downloads arrive by email — usually within [a few hours / 24 hours] of ordering.
Costs, taxes and customs
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT at your country's rate — what you see at checkout is the full amount. Because orders are produced within the UK or the EU for the respective destination, no customs duties or import fees apply to the countries we currently ship to.
Packaging
Prints and framed pieces travel in sturdy, print-safe packaging designed for exactly this journey — flat or tube boxes depending on size. Framed pieces are glazed with shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass, so they arrive intact.
If something goes wrong in transit
- Arrived damaged? Email hello@facadeclub.com within 30 days with a photo of the piece and the packaging — we'll re-print and re-send it free, or refund you. See [Returns & Refunds].
- Tracking stuck or parcel lost? Contact us and we'll chase the carrier; if it's lost, we re-send or refund.
- Wrong address? Write to us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll update it. If a parcel is returned to the printer as undeliverable because the address given was incorrect, we'll arrange a re-send (a re-delivery fee may apply).
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; until then, the journey is our problem, not yours.
